Hope Rises International is seeking a committed, experienced professional to serve as the Asia Church Engagement Lead. This full-time role is crucial to our mission, advancing our church-centered core approach across skin-NTD endemic areas in South and Southeast Asia.

You will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding gospel-centered partnerships with churches, denominations, and Christian networks to integrate the full patient pathway—from suspect identification and referral to treatment and holistic psychosocial/spiritual support—with local congregations and communities.

This position is remote, based in one of five strategic locations: India, Nepal, Bangladesh, the Philippines, or Sri Lanka. We are seeking candidates who can work and move freely within the region. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position. The role requires regular travel throughout South and Southeast Asia to build relationships and support our partners. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with our Program team to promote stigma reduction, ensure strong integration between church networks and health systems, and support sustainable, locally owned solutions.

Key responsibilities include establishing trusted relationships with external partners, mobilizing churches for early case detection and patient accompaniment, designing and facilitating contextualized, faith-informed training for pastors and lay leaders, and documenting the impact of church involvement through powerful case studies and storytelling.
